Direct bookings made more than 21 days in advance are processed in two payments. A minimum of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance has to be paid at least 21 days prior to arrival using the same payment details. If the booking is made later than 21 days prior arrival, the whole amount has to be paid at once. The total amount includes the Goods and Services Tax (GST 5%), the Québec Sales Tax (QST 9,975%) and the Provincial Tourist Tax (3,5%).
For any cancellation or modification (change of dates) made on an existing booking the following fees applies : A 90% refund over payments received is offered for cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days prior to the initial arrival date. After this period, any payment received is non-refundable.
A booking allow occupancy up to the capacity indicated at the time of booking. Additional occupants may be added at anytime for a 10$+tx per person per day surcharge, except for children under 12 months old. A 25$+tx per person per day surcharge is added for any occupant in overcapacity, which means over the capacity specified in the room listing. Requests for person in overcapacity is prone to approval and must be send 48 hours minimum prior to arrival. In absence of approval prior to arrival, the hotel could refuse the admission of occupants in overcapacity.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Maximum check-out time is 10:00 AM from June to September inclusively, and 11:00 AM from October to May inclusively.
A late checkout can cause an additional surcharge of 50$ per 30min exceeding 10AM. Check-in past 9 PM are prone to a 40$ per hour surcharge. Sanitary protocols for guest’s arrival and departure will be explained upon arrival. Avoidance to conform to sanitary measures exposes guests to a 40$ disinfection surcharge.
The furnishings and common facilities are there for your benefit and for future guests as well. All facilities are to be treated with respect, including cleaning the kitchen equipment after use so that the next guest finds it clean and neat. Customers are charged for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling based on the actual replacement values of goods. The guest will be charged for any extra cleaning fees due to advanced dirtiness (including smoke residues). Non-returned keys will cause an automatic 50$ replacement fee, which is refundable is the key is back within 7 working days following the end of the stay. One day before arrival, a 200$ caution will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card as a deposit to cover any lost or damage and will be automatically released 3 days after departure if not needed.
By accepting the general terms and sale conditions, you declare that you do not have a criminal record or any form of criminal record which could constitute an impediment or a risk for children present on the site. This condition is mandatory to be admitted on the property.
